I had a fear of group fitnesses classes and couldn't find my way around the gym outside of the treadmill. That's not the case anymore. Since training with Blake, I have toned up, slimmed down and learned a lot about leading a healthy and fit lifestyle. When I made the decision to get a personal trainer, I hoped to train with someone who would hold me accountable for 30 minutes a couple times a week. After a few sessions with Blake, I realized I was in for a lot more than that. Blake is attentive to each of his clients and caters to their personal fitness regime.
If I'm unable to make a training session that week, Blake checks in to make sure I'm remaining active. When I have questions about nutrition, Blake talks through healthy recipes with me in between reps. He accommodates my crazy work schedule into a fitness program that's unique to me and I can definitely see the results. Let the record show, I frequently attend group fitness classes now and know my way around the TRX and kettle bells. Thank you, Blake...I owe ya one.
