I started eating according to Weight Watchers, and I began doing cardio daily. I was able to lose 14lbs before finding Driver Personal Fitness. I’ve been training with Blake Brown since the beginning of January, and I’ve lost an additional 37lbs, which brings me to a total of 51lbs. Training with Blake has helped me to build muscle and shed fat even faster! I intend to continue my weight loss until I consider myself a healthy individual, and I hope to continue learning from Blake for as long as I can!

Blake taught me to love food, that it’s okay to love food, even how to cook food. I learned how important it is to eat from the earth and pay less attention to calorie counting, cutting carbs and other habits that were, in my life, unhealthy.

Blake is an awesome motivator - he doesn’t mess around, is focused, and always a very good source of health information (providing valuable information about diet, post-session stretching, and dealing with the occasional injury that may arise during the course of workouts).

 

I had a fear of group fitnesses classes and couldn't find my way around the gym outside of the treadmill. That's not the case anymore. Since training with Blake, I have toned up, slimmed down and learned a lot about leading a healthy and fit lifestyle. 

 

When I made the decision to get a personal trainer, I hoped to train with someone who would hold me accountable for 30 minutes a couple times a week. After a few sessions with Blake, I realized I was in for a lot more than that.

I love Blake!.He's the best trainer I've ever had! I had a couple bad expereinces with inappropriate and rude trainers at commercial gyms before I decided to bite the bullet and pay more for a private studio trainer, and I'm soooo glad I did! Blake is a true profession. Somehow he kept all the workouts light hearted and fun and knows just the right thing to say to help me find the extra motivation I need to push through our sessions.

 

 

Blake has been my personal trainer for over a year and I have never regretted the decision.  Blake is very flexible in that he will adjust workouts to his clients needs and their desires for what they want to improve.
